Gig Overview:
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality and guest services team for the upcoming World Endurance Challenge at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. As a member of our team, you will help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for all attendees by working in one of the following roles:

Schedule:
September 3, 5:30PM - 6:30PM (Virtual Training)
September 5, 8:00AM - 7:00PM
September 6, 7:30AM - 7:00PM
September 7, 8:00AM - 8:00PM
Pay: $28.00/hr
Parking: Will be provided on site.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ticketing: Assist guests with ticket scanning, entry, and resolving basic ticketing questions to ensure a smooth arrival process.
Paddock Ticket Takers: Manage access into the paddock area by checking tickets and credentials, ensuring only authorized guests enter.
ADA Golf Cart Driver: Provide transportation assistance for guests with accessibility needs, ensuring safe and timely rides.
Tower Staff: Welcome and guide guests in the tower area, assist with seating, and provide event information.
Info Booth Shuttle Stop: Serve as a key resource for guests by answering event, venue, and transportation-related questions.
Shuttle Stop: Assist with shuttle loading/unloading, manage lines, and provide directional support to keep transportation running smoothly.
Merch: Support merchandise sales by engaging with customers, processing transactions, and keeping displays organized.
Public Golf Cart Drivers: Safely transport general guests around the venue, providing assistance and directions as needed.
Hospitality Staff: Deliver premium service in hospitality suites, assisting with seating, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a first-class experience.
Responsibilities (General):
Greet and engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer questions about the venue, schedule, and amenities.
Assist with line management, crowd flow, and guest support in your assigned role.
Ensure all guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the event.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
