Gig Overview: We’re seeking a Labor Staff / Brand Ambassador who can not only represent the brand on-site but also assist with logistics, setup, and transportation. This person must have access to a large SUV or truck capable of transporting event materials such as a tent, coolers, tables, and signage. You’ll handle both pre-event logistics and day-of activation duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The brand will be featured at the Austin Turkey Trot, one of the city’s biggest holiday traditions! As part of the on-site team, you’ll help bring the brand to life by setting up the activation space, sampling sodas, and engaging with guests throughout the event. This Austin-based beverage company is on a mission to create better-for-you, boldly flavored sodas and mixers made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Each drink is low in sugar, gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, and vegan, providing a refreshing, guilt-free experience for everyone. The brand prides itself on sustainability and supporting local partners, capturing the true spirit of Austin’s community and creativity. Event Location: Austin, TX 78704, mode details to upon booking. Date & Time: November 26, 12:00PM - 4:00PM November 27, 7:00AM - 12:30PM Pay: $30.00/hr on 11/25 and $40.00/hr on 11/27 Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt. Responsibilities Day Before the Event: Pick up all activation materials (tent, table, signage, tablecloth, coolers, product, and supplies) from the client’s designated location. Safely transport materials to your home or storage overnight, ensuring everything is ready for load-in on event day. Setup the activation area (tent, table, tablecloth, signage, and coolers). Event Day: Stock product on ice to ensure all beverages are properly chilled for sampling. Engage with guests throughout the event, serve samples, educate them about the brand’s mission, products, and flavors, and encourage social media follows. Keep the area clean, organized, and welcoming during the event. Work closely with the other Brand Ambassador to maintain a smooth flow of sampling and guest interactions. Post-Event: Assist with breaking down and packing all materials (tent, table, signage, tablecloth, coolers, and leftover product). Safely transport all materials back to the client’s location after the event. Ensure all items are returned in the same condition they were received. Who We’re Looking For Friendly, reliable, and professional with a great attitude. Strong communication and people skills; confident engaging with the public. Comfortable performing light to moderate physical labor (lifting coolers, setting up tents, etc.). Must have a large SUV or truck suitable for transporting event materials. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Previous brand ambassador or event setup experience is a plus!
