Job Overview: We’re looking for outstanding Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an exciting, family-friendly 4th of July celebration in Austin! This is a public event filled with energy, fun, and community spirit and we need positive, outgoing individuals to help bring it all to life. If you love working with people, especially families and kids, and you’re looking to spend your holiday being part of something memorable, we want to hear from you! As Brand Ambassadors, your role is to support a fun-filled, family-friendly 4th of July celebration in Austin. Roles include staffing the Kid Zone, where ambassadors will lead activities like hula hoops, bounce balls, arts & crafts, and yard games; managing the Planet Fitness tent by assisting with Taco Eating Contest signups and distributing swag; and overseeing a festive Santa photo booth, ensuring smooth operation and line coordination. All positions require friendly, outgoing personalities who are comfortable engaging with kids and adults, can work outdoors, and thrive in high-energy environments. Event Location: Austin, TX Event Address: TBD Schedule: July 4, 2025 Stonegate Pharmacy Tent: 10:00AM - 1:00PM Stonegate Pharmacy Tent: 4:30PM - 9:00PM Pay: $32/hr Parking: Up to $20.00 with proof of receipt. Available Roles: Stonegate Pharmacy Booth Ambassadors (2 positions) Represent Stonegate Pharmacy by engaging with event attendees at their booth. You’ll be responsible for educating guests on the brand, answering basic questions, distributing small branded sunscreen bottles, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for all visitors. Ideal for: Friendly, knowledgeable individuals who are comfortable speaking with the public and representing a health-focused brand in a professional, approachable manner. Requirements: Must be friendly, outgoing, and great with people of all ages Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative Experience in events, promotions, or customer-facing roles a plus Must be reliable and arrive on time for your scheduled shift
