Gig Overview Brand Besties is seeking energetic, personable Brand Ambassadors to represent Coca-Cola at the NCAA Champs Lacrosse Fan Fest in Charlottesville, VA. This is a high-visibility, high-traffic fan activation tied to one of the most exciting events in collegiate sports, and we want people who are ready to show up, engage, and make every guest interaction count. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the Coca-Cola experience on the ground. Your energy sets the tone. You will welcome fans into the activation footprint, walk them through interactive elements, distribute product samples, and keep the experience running smoothly from open to close. Event Location: NCAA Champs Lacrosse Fan Fest Event Address: Charlottesville, VA Dates and Times: May 23: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM May 24: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM May 25: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pay: $32.00/hr Parking: Provided on site in designated lots. A quick shuttle will transport you from the lot to the event location. Gig Scope As a Brand Ambassador at this Coca-Cola activation, you will be actively driving foot traffic into the footprint and welcoming fans with energy and enthusiasm from the moment they arrive. You will guide guests through the full experience, educate them on what Coca-Cola has to offer at the event, and help facilitate interactive elements including swag giveaways and photo opportunities. Throughout your schedule, you will distribute product samples while keeping the activation space clean, organized, and fully stocked, including monitoring cooler inventory and replenishing supply as needed. You will also support light setup and breakdown as directed and work closely with the on-site Team Lead to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
