We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Team Lead to oversee Neutonic’s booth activation at the Arnold Sports Expo. This role is a mix of leadership and hands-on brand representation, you’ll be the main point of contact for the client, manage and support a team of Brand Ambassadors, and step in wherever needed to ensure the activation runs seamlessly from open to close. The Team Lead will oversee a team of four Brand Ambassadors at the Neutonic booth, serving as the client’s direct point of contact on-site and ensuring the activation runs smoothly throughout the event. Responsibilities include checking staff in each day, managing schedules and breaks, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, and supporting clear communication between the client and team. The Lead will also actively assist with Brand Ambassador duties such as engaging attendees, educating guests on the brand and products, distributing samples, and maintaining a clean, organized booth, while leading by example and keeping the team motivated, professional, and on-task.
