Gig Overview: We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support an engaging outdoor pop-up activation taking place at Walmart store locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, wellness products, and driving brand awareness in a high-traffic retail environment. Brand Ambassadors will support the execution of an outdoor L’Oreal pop-up activation by assisting with light setup and breakdown, actively engaging Walmart shoppers, and driving traffic to the activation area. They will educate guests on the brand’s products, distribute samples and promotional materials, and encourage in-store purchases. Staff will create a welcoming and positive experience, confidently answer questions, maintain a clean and organized setup, and provide overall support to ensure the activation runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with light setup and breakdown of the pop-up activation Proactively engage with Walmart shoppers and draw traffic to the activation area Educate consumers on L’Oreal products, ingredients, and brand story Distribute samples, swag, and promotional materials Encourage customers to purchase products inside Walmart Create a welcoming, positive, and memorable brand experience Answer questions and confidently speak about product benefits Maintain cleanliness and organization of the activation space Support the on-site team with any additional needs throughout the day Ideal Candidate Bilingual in English and Spanish Outgoing, friendly, and confident approaching strangers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for natural, organic, and wellness-based products Previous brand ambassador, retail, or promotional experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and proactive Able to take direction while also working independently
