Gig Overview: The FIA World Endurance Championship is coming to Circuit of the Americas, and Brand Besties is booking outgoing, polished hospitality contractors to support guests across some of the event's premier experiences. We're seeking Brand Ambassadors to be stationed at the LMSC Lounge, Shuttle Point, and Hotspot, creating a warm, professional first impression for every guest who passes through. This is a hospitality forward opportunity. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face guests turn to for directions, area information, and a welcoming presence throughout the race weekend. If you love being around the energy of live motorsports, thrive on making people feel taken care of, and bring a polished, professional presence to every interaction, this gig is for you. As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll greet guests as they arrive, answer questions about the area you're stationed in, and help guests navigate the property with confidence. Whether you're welcoming guests into the LMSC Lounge, assisting at the Shuttle Point, or supporting the Hotspot, you'll bring the same standard of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness to every guest interaction. Event Location: Circuit of the Americas (COTA) Event Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617 Dates and Times: September 5, 7:45AM to 7:30PM, LMSC Lounge (6 contractors) and Shuttle Point (1 contractor) September 6, 7:00AM to 8:00PM, LMSC Lounge (6 contractors) and Shuttle Point (1 contractor) September 6, 12:00PM to 6:30PM, Hotspot (1 contractor) Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Free on site Gig Scope As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll be stationed at your assigned area, whether that's the LMSC Lounge, Shuttle Point, or Hotspot, and serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for guests throughout the race weekend. You'll greet guests warmly as they arrive, answer questions about the area you're supporting, and help guests find their way around the property. You'll stay off your phone and fully present, maintaining a professional, personable demeanor at all times. Throughout your shift, you'll keep your area clean and organized, remain attentive to guest needs, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish.
