Gig Overview: The Hazy Hideaway Music & Arts Festival is coming to Fletcher, NC, and Brand Besties is booking (1) creative, high-energy Brand Ambassador to bring a Live Printing Embroidery activation to life. This is a hands-on gig where guests watch their custom embroidery come together on site, and you are the friendly face making that experience memorable. If you love working live events, connecting with people, and being part of a buzzing festival atmosphere, this opportunity is for you. Experience with embroidery activations is a plus, but energy, reliability, and great guest interaction are what matter most. As the Brand Ambassador on this activation, you will run the embroidery station experience from start to finish, welcoming guests, walking them through their personalization options, keeping the line moving, and handing off finished pieces with a smile. Event Location: The Hazy Hideaway Music & Arts Festival Event Address: 100 Sierra Nevada Way, Fletcher, NC 28732 Dates and Times: August 21, 11:00AM to 7:00PM August 22, 1:00PM to 7:00PM Pay: $45.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 reimbursed with receipt Gig Scope As the Brand Ambassador on this activation, you will greet guests as they arrive at the embroidery station, drive traffic into the footprint, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. You will walk guests through their personalization options, collect their requests, and help operate or support the live embroidery process so each piece comes out clean and on brand. Throughout the festival, you will manage the line and set expectations on wait times, keep the station area tidy and well stocked, and hand off finished items with enthusiasm. You will also keep an eye on supply levels and communicate any needs to the on-site team, working closely with them to keep everything running smoothly.
