Gig Overview: Topicals is bringing skincare to the culture at AfroFest, and we're seeking 8 engaging, personable Brand Ambassadors to help bring this activation to life at Northwest Stadium Complex. This is a high-energy footprint where BAs will welcome guests, share the Topicals story, and keep the space running smoothly across all three days. If you're outgoing, personable, and flexible, and you love being part of a fun, fast-paced activation, this opportunity is for you. As a Topicals Brand Ambassador, you'll help welcome guests into the space, guide them through the experience, and support sampling, merchandise redemption, and the game area, all while keeping the booth looking its best throughout the day. Event Location: Northwest Stadium Complex Dates and Times: September 4, Time TBD (10 hour schedule) September 5, Time TBD (10 hour schedule) September 6, Time TBD (10 hour schedule) Pay: $30.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day Gig Scope Welcoming guests and helping manage traffic flow through the activation Sharing key Topicals brand and product messaging with guests Supporting product sampling and merchandise redemption Operating the game area and assisting with prize distribution Supporting the lounge area, lines, inventory replenishment, and overall booth presentation Assisting with minor setup and breakdown to keep the activation space presentable Ideal Candidate Engaging, personable, and outgoing personality Friendly and flexible, comfortable adapting to a fast paced environment Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the space for extended periods Professional, punctual, and reliable Previous brand ambassador, promotional, or event experience is a plus (but not required) Why You'll Love This Gig Be part of a 3 day activation at AfroFest, a high energy cultural celebration Represent Topicals, a beloved skincare brand, in a fun and vibrant setting Work alongside a supportive team in a premium event environment Great opportunity to build event experience while doing meaningful, people first work This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
