We are seeking high-energy, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent Coca-Cola at an exciting activation during the Frozen Four (NCAA College Hockey Tournament) in Las Vegas. This is a high-traffic, high-visibility experience, and we’re looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to create memorable guest interactions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the Coca-Cola activation, helping to bring the experience to life for thousands of attendees. You’ll play a key role in driving traffic to the booth, engaging with guests, and ensuring every interaction is positive, energetic, and on-brand. Brand Ambassadors will serve as the face of the Coca-Cola activation, driving traffic to the booth and engaging guests with energy and enthusiasm. They will greet attendees, guide them through the experience, answer questions, and distribute product samples while supporting interactive elements such as swag giveaways and photo opportunities. Staff will also assist with light setup and breakdown, maintain a clean and organized space, and ensure products are fully stocked by replenishing inventory and refilling coolers as needed. Throughout the event, they will work closely with the team, take direction from on-site leadership, and deliver a seamless, high-quality brand experience. Event location: T-Mobile Arena Event Address: 3780 Las Vegas Blvd. S Las Vegas, NV 89109 Schedule: April 9, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM (5 BAs) April 9, 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM (12 BAs) April 11, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (5 BAs) April 11, 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM (12 BAs) Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day Key Responsibilities: Actively drive foot traffic to the Coca-Cola activation space by engaging and inviting guests to participate Greet attendees with enthusiasm and guide them through the activation experience Educate guests on the experience and answer any questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner Distribute Coca-Cola product samples while maintaining a clean and organized presentation Support interactive elements including swag giveaways and photo opportunities Assist with light setup and breakdown of the activation space as needed Monitor and replenish product inventory, including restocking coolers and maintaining supply levels Work collaboratively with the team and take direction from on-site leadership to ensure smooth execution Who You Are: Extremely outgoing, personable, and confident approaching and engaging with large crowds Experienced in brand ambassador or promotional event work preferred Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Team player who is reliable, proactive, and receptive to direction Professional, polished, and excited to represent a globally recognized brand Additional Details: This is a high-volume, high-energy activation requiring constant engagement Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a busy event environment A passion for creating fun, memorable consumer experiences is a must
