Job Overview:
Brand Besties is seeking 1 Backup Brand Ambassadors to join our team for the upcoming Clean Air Partners Pop Up Activations. Clean Air Partners is hosting an engaging pop-up activation focused on promoting clean air initiatives and sustainable living practices. We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Clean Air Partners at these events. The activation will feature interactive experiences, educational engagements, and exciting giveaways aimed at encouraging attendees to take action toward improving air quality.
As the Backup Brand Ambassador you would arrive on time and ready to work for the day. within the hour the onsite POC would confirm if you're needed for the day or dismiss you.

Location: Lorton Farmers Market, Lorton, VA, 22079
Pay: $40/hr from 7:30-8:30AM if released or $30/hr if asked to stay beyond 8:30 PM. The event end time is 12PM.
Full Shift Responsibilities:
Event Setup & Booth Management
Assist with basic setup and organization of the 10x10 pop-up booth (major setup will be handled by the client).
Keep the booth area clean, stocked, and visually appealing throughout the event.
Engagement & Activity Execution
Welcome and interact with attendees in a friendly and informative manner.
Educate attendees about Clean Air Partners’ mission and the importance of air quality improvement.
Encourage participation in interactive activities, including:
Registration for Gas-Powered Lawn Tool Exchange: Help attendees sign up via iPad for a chance to exchange their gas-powered lawn tool for a free electric version.
Polaroid Selfie Program: Take Polaroid photos of attendees in front of the Backyard Bubble or Emissions Wall and provide them as giveaways.
Electric Lawn Care Tool Giveaway: Encourage attendees to fill out pledge forms, enter the raffle for lawn tools, and assist with drawing winners. Document winner details via photos and text communication.
General Booth Support
Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about Clean Air Partners.
Track engagement metrics using clickers or other provided tracking tools.
Capture photos of attendees interacting with the booth and activities for event recaps.
Event Breakdown
Assist with light breakdown and packing up of booth materials at the end of the event.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in brand ambassador roles, event activations, or customer engagement preferred.
Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor event environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow event protocols and client guidelines.
Comfortable using iPads and handling simple tech-based sign-ups.
Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
