Gig Overview: Brand Besties is booking (2) Brand Ambassadors to represent 1 Million Strong at Louder Than Life in Louisville, KY. 1 Million Strong is a national initiative that partners with the music industry to build sober supportive spaces at major festivals and concerts, helping change the conversation around recovery, community, and mental wellness. As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll help create a welcoming, alcohol free lounge experience where festival goers can take a break, recharge, and connect. This gig is a great fit for someone who is warm, personable, and comfortable holding space for genuine conversations. You'll be the face of 1 Million Strong on-site, greeting guests, sharing what the initiative is all about, and making sure everyone who visits the space feels welcomed, respected, and supported. Event Location: Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center Event Address: 1016 Phillips Ln, Louisville, KY 40209 Dates and Times: Virtual Training, TBD (30 minutes) September 17, 10:30AM to 8:00PM September 18, 10:30AM to 8:00PM September 19, 10:30AM to 8:00PM September 20, 10:30AM to 8:00PM Pay: $32.00/hr Parking: Up to $35.00 per day Gig Scope As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll be welcoming guests into the 1 Million Strong space and educating them on the initiative and its mission. You'll offer a genuinely sober, judgment free experience, and if a guest feels comfortable opening up about their own story, you'll be a warm and supportive presence to listen (this is not a counseling or clinical role, simply a friendly ear). You'll help distribute swag and giveaway items, support light crowd flow and line management at the space, and work closely with the on-site team to make sure every guest has a positive experience with the brand.
