Gig Overview: Uber is bringing its sorority rush pop up experience to University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaming up with top beauty brands to transform a sorority house living room into a makeup and beauty sampling space for students during rush. We're booking friendly, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to work as Greeters for this activation, helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere as students explore the space and sample donated beauty products from the partner brands. As a Greeter, you'll be stationed at one of two key spots within the space, either near the makeover table or near the display shelves, helping guests feel comfortable and answering their questions as they move through the experience. Event Location: University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sorority House (exact house TBD) Event Address: To be confirmed closer to the event date, Madison, WI Dates and Times: September 16, 2:00PM to 8:00PM Pay: $32.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day with proof of receipt Gig Scope As a Greeter on this activation, you'll be positioned at one of two stations within the living room space. Near the makeover table, you'll welcome guests, answer general questions about the experience, and help keep the flow of students moving smoothly through the space. Near the display shelves, you'll help answer product questions, point guests toward the beauty items available to sample, and encourage students to explore what's on display. Throughout your shift, you'll create a friendly, high-energy atmosphere, help keep the space tidy and organized, and coordinate with the on-site team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
