Gig Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a series of interactive brand activations focused on sustainability and air quality awareness. Staff will work across two event formats: a Pop-Up Event and a Lawn Bubble Activation, engaging with attendees and bringing the experience to life. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for direct guest interaction, activity facilitation, and supporting overall event execution. Schedule: April 25, 9:30AM - 2:00PM (2 staff) Backyard Pop-up Activation Location: Earth Day Festival at Summerseat Farm, 26655 Three Notch Rd, Mechanicsville, MD Pay: $30.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day Event Types & Responsibilities 1. Pop-Up Event (10x10 Booth Activation) Engage attendees in conversations about backyard air quality and share key talking points Distribute informational materials and answer general questions Operate the Polaroid photo station, taking and distributing photos to guests Encourage participation in the raffle by promoting pledge form completion Assist with raffle operations, including organizing entries and supporting winner announcements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth Track engagement metrics using provided tools (e.g., clickers) Capture photos of guests interacting with the activation Additional Responsibilities Arrive on time and be prepared for on-site training and setup support Maintain a friendly, approachable, and energetic demeanor at all times Be adaptable and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure event success Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
