This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, educating consumers about healthy food options, and creating positive, memorable brand impressions. Responsibilities: – Greet and engage Kroger customers with a warm, approachable demeanor – Distribute BrightFarms coupons – Wear provided BrightFarms shirt (size to be confirmed) – Educate customers on what makes BrightFarms unique, including their commitment to local, greenhouse-grown produce – Represent the brand professionally and with enthusiasm Attire: – BrightFarms branded shirt (shipped in advance) – Clean, comfortable jeans or pants and closed-toe shoes Requirements: – Reliable and punctual – Strong communication skills – Able to speak confidently about brand talking points (training provided) – Comfortable working independently in a grocery store setting – Must be 18+
