Gig Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Fresca at the upcoming South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami. This activation will be a fun, immersive, and interactive experience designed to introduce guests to Fresca’s refreshing flavors and elevate their festival experience. If you love engaging with people, enjoy high-energy environments, and can bring a positive, polished presence to a brand space, this role is a great fit. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Fresca on site, creating a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable experience for festival attendees. You will engage guests, drive traffic into the activation, educate consumers on Fresca products and flavor offerings, distribute samples and swag, and support interactive activities within the space. This role requires confidence, professionalism, adaptability, and a strong ability to connect with a wide range of guests. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage festival attendees and drive traffic to the Fresca activation through friendly, energetic interaction Represent the Fresca brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and on-brand communication Create positive, memorable guest interactions through one-on-one and group engagement Educate guests on Fresca products available for sampling, including flavor profiles and brand highlights Distribute chilled Fresca samples by retrieving beverages from ice buckets throughout the shift Hand out branded swag and promotional items while keeping sampling and giveaway areas organized and stocked Support and help manage interactive elements and activities within the activation, ensuring smooth guest flow and functionality Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the activation space throughout the event Take direction from on-site client representatives and event management and adapt quickly to changing needs Assist with minor setup, resets, and breakdown tasks as needed Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced festival environment Requirements Outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching and engaging large crowds Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey brand and product information Professional, dependable, and punctual Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in an outdoor festival setting Able to repeatedly reach into ice buckets to retrieve cold beverages during the shift Flexible, adaptable, and able to take direction well Prior experience in brand ambassador, promotional, hospitality, or event roles is a plus Comfortable representing a nationally recognized beverage brand What to Expect This role takes place in a high-energy festival environment with large crowds, food, music, and continuous guest interaction.
