Gig Overview: We are hiring three outgoing and high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent Liquid I.V. at an upcoming in-store activation at a store location in Milpitas, CA. This is an outdoor, consumer-facing program designed to drive product awareness, education, sampling, and in-store purchase. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to represent a leading hydration brand. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of Liquid I.V., creating positive and memorable interactions with shoppers while educating them on the product’s benefits and encouraging trial and purchase. Brand Ambassadors will be required to already have, or obtain their food handlers permits. Brand Ambassadors will engage with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner, educate consumers on what Liquid I.V. is, how it works, and its key benefits, and confidently encourage product trial and in-store purchase. They will distribute samples, swag, and promotional materials while creating positive, high-energy brand interactions. Ambassadors will assist with minor setup before each shift to ensure the activation space is clean, organized, and ready to go live, maintain the area throughout the day, and remain 30 minutes after their shift to help with light breakdown and cleaning so the space is prepared for the following day. Throughout the activation, staff are expected to represent the Liquid I.V. brand with enthusiasm, reliability, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with shoppers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner Educate consumers on Liquid I.V., including what the product is, how it works, and its key benefits Confidently communicate why Liquid I.V. stands out and why shoppers should try it Distribute samples, swag items, and promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines Encourage shoppers to purchase Liquid I.V. inside the store Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing activation space throughout the day Assist with minor setup prior to each shift to ensure the activation is fully ready when it goes live Stay 30 minutes after each shift to assist with light breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the space for the following day Work collaboratively with fellow Brand Ambassadors to ensure smooth execution of the activation Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times Ideal Candidate Highly engaging, personable, and comfortable approaching and speaking with the public Energetic, enthusiastic, and excited to represent a well-known consumer brand Professional, reliable, and punctual Able to clearly communicate product information and benefits in an approachable way Comfortable working outdoors in a parking lot environment Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping the activation space clean and presentable Previous brand ambassador, sampling, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who can bring the Liquid I.V. brand to life — someone who is warm, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
