Gig Overview: The NACAC Conference is coming to the Minneapolis Convention Center, and we're seeking 1 polished, organized Brand Ambassador to support a live laser engraving activation. Attendees will walk away with a custom engraved leather luggage tag, personalized right in front of them, and you'll be the person making that moment feel seamless and memorable. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a hands on, interactive activation, this opportunity is for you. As the Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll welcome attendees into the footprint, guide them through the personalization process, and help keep the engraving experience moving efficiently from start to finish. You'll be a key part of making every guest feel taken care of. Event Location: Minneapolis Convention Center Event Address: 1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404 Dates and Times: Thursday, October 8, 7:00AM to 6:00PM Friday, October 9, 9:00AM to 4:00PM Pay: $32.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per day reimbursed with proof of receipt Gig Scope As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll greet attendees as they arrive, explain how the live laser engraving experience works, and help them choose and confirm their personalization for their leather luggage tag. You'll manage the guest queue, keep orders organized and accurate, and set clear expectations on wait times so the line flows smoothly throughout the day. You'll support the engraving process wherever needed, from staging blank tags to handing off finished pieces, and help keep the footprint clean, stocked, and presentation ready. Throughout the conference, you'll stay flexible, professional, and ready to jump in wherever the on site team needs support.
