iHealth is participating in the ACOG Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting, one of the leading events in women’s healthcare, and we are looking for 2 professional, enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand on-site. As a Brand Ambassador for iHealth at the ACOG Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting, your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming attendees to the booth, distributing event materials, and engaging professionally with visitors to ensure a positive brand experience. You will be expected to drive traffic to the booth by proactively initiating conversations, represent the brand with confidence, and facilitate introductions to the on-site iHealth client team. Maintaining a polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor throughout the event is essential, and brand training will be provided in advance to ensure you're well-prepared.

May 17, 11:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: $30.00/hr
Role Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome attendees to the booth with a professional, friendly demeanor
Distribute event materials including brochures, flyers, and branded handouts
Engage with booth visitors, initiating conversation and representing the iHealth brand with confidence and clarity
Drive traffic to the booth by proactively inviting attendees and highlighting the booth’s offerings
Facilitate introductions between interested attendees and the on-site client team
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all booth visitors by being approachable, helpful, and informed
Maintain the booth’s presentation and ensure materials are stocked and orderly
Follow all instructions from the client and on-site lead to support activation goals
Ideal Candidates:
Have prior trade show, conference, or brand ambassador experience
Are highly engaging, approachable, and outgoing
Comfortable initiating conversation with medical professionals and executives
Able to retain and communicate talking points about iHealth’s offerings (brand training provided in advance)
Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and polish at all times
Strong time management and communication
