Job Overview: We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and polished Brand Ambassador to represent our client at the upcoming Organic Produce Trade Show in Monterey, CA. This individual will be stationed at the client’s booth and serve as a key representative for the brand, helping create a welcoming and informative experience for attendees. Our client is a group of diehard believers in ethical fruit sourcing. Especially when it comes to bananas. They're righting the wrongs of banana business history by making it fair from the start, especially for farmers. Established in 2006, our client is North America's leading Fairtrade-certified banana importer. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for representing our client at their booth during the Organic Produce Trade Show in Monterey, CA. Key responsibilities include driving traffic to the booth, engaging with attendees in a friendly and professional manner, educating them on the brand and its product offerings, answering general questions, and directing more in-depth inquiries to the client team. The ambassador will also assist with any additional on-site needs, help maintain a clean and welcoming booth space, and ensure all interactions reflect the brand's values and mission. Event Location: Monterey, CA 93940 Date & Time: July 10, 12:30PM - 6:00PM Pay: $32.00/hr + potential travel stipend Parking: Up to $35.00 with proof of receipt. Responsibilities: Act as the face of the brand at the client’s booth throughout the trade show Proactively engage with attendees to drive traffic to the booth Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner Educate attendees on the brand’s mission, values, and product offerings Answer general questions about the brand and products with confidence and accuracy Identify and introduce qualified leads or prospects to the client team for further discussion Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting booth appearance Assist the client and on-site team with any additional booth needs or tasks as they arise Represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity at all times Qualifications: Prior experience working trade shows, expos, or similar events preferred Knowledge of or interest in organic produce or the natural foods industry is a plus Must be proactive, personable, and confident speaking with a wide variety of people Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the client’s team Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
