Job Overview:
We are looking for 2 outgoing, energetic, and proactive Brand Ambassadors to represent our client at the upcoming IDDBA Show (International Dairy Deli Bakery Association Show) in New Orleans, LA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the food industry and engage with professionals from across the dairy, deli, and bakery sectors.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our client at their booth by actively engaging with attendees, driving foot traffic, and creating a welcoming, informative environment. You'll initiate conversations, educate guests about the brand and its products, answer general questions, and make warm introductions to the on-site client team for deeper discussions. Your goal is to ensure every interaction is positive and memorable while supporting the team with light booth maintenance and event flow as needed. Being proactive, outgoing, and approachable is key to success in this role. You may be giving away prepared samples. BA’s are there to be extra friendly and pull attendees into the event.

Schedule:
Virtual Training, TBD (30 minutes)
June 1, 10:00AM - 5:30PM
June 2, 11:00AM - 5:30PM
June 3, 10:00AM - 2:00PM
Pay: $28.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 per staff, with proof of receipt.
Role Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the brand at the booth—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Drive traffic to the booth by engaging with passersby in a positive, energetic manner.
Initiate conversations with attendees and educate them on the brand’s products and mission.
Answer basic product-related questions and make warm introductions to the on-site client team for more technical or detailed inquiries.
Encourage interaction with booth features, displays, or product samples (if applicable).
Ensure every visitor has a memorable, positive brand experience.
Assist with minor booth upkeep and support the client team as needed throughout the event.
Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing and highly personable – you’re not afraid to start conversations!
Proactive and assertive – you know how to pull people in and keep their attention.
Comfortable speaking about products and relaying information with confidence.
Prior experience in trade shows, brand activations, or food-related events is a plus.
Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
