Join the annual No-Code Days Conference, a premier event that unites digital leaders, innovators, partners, and industry experts for a transformative experience focused on AI, Actionable CRM, and no-code technology. The event is designed to offer attendees hands-on learning, networking opportunities, and the latest insights into digital innovation. We are hiring professional, friendly, and proactive Hostesses to support the front-of-house operations and guest experience at the No-Code Days Conference. As the first point of contact for attendees, your presence and energy will shape the first impressions of the event. You'll work closely with the client and registration team to ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported. Event Location: Orlando, FL 32837 Dates & Times: May 13th, 2025 7:00AM - 11:30AM (3 staff) 7:00AM - 2:30PM (1 staff) May 14th, 7:00AM - 11:30AM (1 staff) Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 per staff with proof of a physical receipt. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly at the registration desk upon arrival Assist with event registration and check-in, ensuring a smooth entry process Print and prepare personal badges with attendee names using registration software or tools Distribute badges, lanyards, and event agendas Provide accurate information about the venue layout, session locations, and amenities Offer support and guidance about the event schedule, locations, and breakout sessions Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times Act as a point of contact for basic guest inquiries and elevate issues to client or supervisor if needed Assist the event team with miscellaneous on-site tasks such as organizing materials, restocking registration supplies, or helping guide attendee flow Ensure guests have a positive first impression of the event Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in conferences, hospitality, trade shows, or events preferred Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Comfortable using technology, such as registration software or tablets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Friendly, composed, and engaging with diverse guest profiles
