We are seeking We are seeking 9 energetic, reliable, customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to join our team for Electrify Expo in Redmond, WA for the following roles: Box Office Staff (2) - The first point of contact for attendees, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive entry experience. Responsibilities include distributing tickets and passes, handling ticket sales, providing event information, and assisting with general inquiries. Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. VIP Tent (3) - The key point of contact for VIP pass holders and special guests in the VIP tent, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and elevated experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate is charismatic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with high-profile guests and eventgoers alike. Merch Tent (1) - Responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience at the merch tent—engaging with guests, processing sales, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the overall operation of the tent. E-Sim Tent (2) - Responsible for managing the electric driving simulators, ensuring a smooth and fun experience for all guests. This includes guiding attendees in and out of the simulators, explaining how they work, managing lines, and assisting with light crowd control to maintain an organized and engaging activation. EV Reality Tent (1) - This individual will serve as an on-site resource for attendees looking to learn more about electric vehicles (EVs), distribute informational materials, and help ensure that every guest interaction is informative and enjoyable.
