Onsite Standby Opportunity Gig Overview: The Texas Department of Transportation's Drive Sober campaign is coming to Alamodome for Roadrunners game day, featuring an interactive truck display with an impaired driving simulator and impairment goggles. Brand Besties is booking one trusted, program ready Bestie for onsite standby coverage on this date. This is a paid booking. You'll report to the venue at the team's call time, fully dressed and ready to work, and remain onsite as coverage for a one hour standby period, with a real chance of stepping in to work the full activation alongside the team. Event Details: Event Location: Alamodome (UT San Antonio) Event Address: 100 Montana St, San Antonio, TX 78203 Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026 Report Time: [REPORT TIME] (primary team call time, to be confirmed once kickoff is set) Standby Period: [REPORT TIME] to [ONE HOUR AFTER REPORT TIME] Standby Fee: $40.00 flat, paid when you report and complete the standby period and are not activated If Activated: $32 per hour for hours worked, with a 4 hour minimum, in place of the flat standby fee Parking: $30 parking reimbursement with receipt Attire: Campaign shirt provided; black pants or shorts and comfortable closed toe shoes What Onsite Standby Means You report to the venue at the confirmed report time, in full wardrobe, ready to work. Your standby period is one hour from your report time. You remain onsite for that full hour. This booking needs to be your only commitment during the standby period. Please do not accept another booking or activity that overlaps it. If the team is complete at the end of the standby period, your onsite contact will release you and you are free to go. If you are activated, you stay onsite and work the activation for the scheduled duration of approximately 4 hours. Standby Scope If activated, you'll step in as a Brand Ambassador on the Drive Sober display, actively engaging fans throughout the pregame tailgate. You'll guide guests through the impaired driving simulator, coach them through the impairment goggle experience, direct them to activities in and around the truck display, and encourage participation in guest feedback surveys. It's an outdoor activation where you'll be on your feet for the majority of the event, working closely with the on site team to keep lines moving and the experience running smoothly.
