Brand Besties is looking for outgoing, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help create an unforgettable fan experience Snapdragon Stadium during a San Diego FC match. This activation is all about engaging soccer fans, building excitement around the brand, and driving participation within the activation footprint. If you love live sports, connecting with people, and being part of an exciting game-day atmosphere, this role is for you. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand on game day. You’ll be stationed within the activation footprint, helping drive traffic, engaging with fans, explaining what’s happening at the experience, and ensuring every guest walks away with a positive brand impression. Dates & Times: May 2, 2:00PM - 6:00PM May 23, 2:00PM - 6:00PM Key Responsibilities Proactively engage fans and drive traffic to the activation Educate guests on the brand and explain what’s happening within the experience Encourage participation in games, activities, or interactive elements Hand out swag and giveaway items in an organized and friendly manner Answer guest questions clearly and confidently Assist with line management and light crowd control to keep the experience running smoothly Help maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment Work closely with the on-site team to ensure the activation runs seamlessly Ideal Candidate Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicator High-energy with a positive attitude Comfortable engaging with large crowds and initiating conversations Able to think on your feet and adapt in a fast-paced environment Professional, punctual, and reliable Previous brand ambassador, promotional, or event experience is a plus (but not required) Interest in sports, live events, or fan engagement is a big bonus Why You’ll Love This Gig Work a high-profile activation at a live San Diego FC soccer game Represent a major brand in a fun, fast-paced environment Be part of an energetic team and game-day atmosphere Great opportunity for experienced BAs and those looking to build event experience
