Gig Overview: Fin, the customer service platform, is hosting a one day tech conference at the iconic Regency Ballroom in San Francisco, and we're seeking 10 polished, welcoming Brand Ambassadors to help create a seamless guest experience from the moment attendees walk through the door. The day is packed with talks, keynotes, and live product demos, and our team will be the first friendly faces guests meet. If you love being at the center of a high caliber professional event, thrive in a fast moving environment, and take pride in making people feel taken care of, this opportunity is for you. As a Brand Ambassador for this conference, you'll support guest check in and wayfinding throughout the venue, helping attendees get registered, find their sessions, and move through the space with ease. You'll be representing Fin on site, so professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail matter. Event Location: The Regency Ballroom Event Address: 1300 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109 Dates and Times: Wednesday, October 7, 7:00AM to 7:00PM Pay: $40.00/hr Parking: $35.00 parking stipend Attire: Branded event T shirt (provided) with black pants Gig Scope As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you'll be welcoming attendees as they arrive, supporting a smooth and efficient check in process, and helping guests get badged and on their way. Throughout the day, you'll be stationed at key points across the venue providing wayfinding, directing guests to sessions, demos, and amenities, and answering questions clearly and confidently. You'll help manage arrival flow during peak moments, keep high traffic areas organized, and adapt as the conference schedule moves from talks to demos and breaks. You'll work closely with the on site team to make sure every attendee feels informed, welcomed, and well taken care of from start to finish.
