We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to join our team for an upcoming event in partnership with Expedia. As a Brand Ambassador, you will act as a hostess and general event staff, ensuring attendees have a seamless and memorable experience. Your role will involve engaging with guests, answering questions about the event and venue, guiding attendees to different meeting areas, and supporting overall event operations. Expedia Group's annual partner event, EXPLORE, focuses on sharing new innovations to improve the travel experience. This is a casting-based hiring process, meaning all applicants must submit a short video as part of your application. Event Location: Seattle, WA Schedule: On-Campus Staff: May 13, 2025 Mandatory On-Site Training for ALL staff: 9:00AM - 11:00AM May 14, 2025 ● 6:30AM - 5:00PM Off Campus Staff: May 13, 2025 ● 4:30PM-10:00PM May 14, 2025 ● 5:00PM - 12:00AM Pay: $30.00/hr Job Responsibilities ● Greet and engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner ● Answer questions about the event, venue, and meeting areas ● Provide guidance and directional support to guests ● Ensure the event runs smoothly by assisting in various operational needs ● Work collaboratively with the on-site client team Requirements ● Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus ● Outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor ● Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests ● Ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment ● Must wear business casual attire (no jeans, sneakers, or overly casual clothing)
