Gig Overview:
Brand Besties is seeking 5 polished, professional Brand Ambassadors to support a high-profile women’s empowerment conference in the heart of Washington, D.C. This powerful one-day event brings together influential voices and leaders for a day of conversation, connection, and impact. If you’re passionate about meaningful events and thrive in environments that demand poise, warmth, and discretion, this is the activation for you.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in the guest experience from the moment attendees arrive. You’ll support check-in operations using the Swoogo event platform, welcome guests with professionalism and care, and help ensure the event runs seamlessly throughout the day. This is a high-touch, high-visibility activation where your presence, energy, and attention to detail will make a real difference.
A mandatory 30-minute virtual training session will be held prior to the event (date TBD) to walk through event logistics, the Swoogo check-in process, and on-site expectations.

Gig Scope
As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you’ll be supporting the full guest check-in experience using the Swoogo event platform. You’ll greet attendees as they arrive, verify registrations, distribute badges or credentials, and ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. Throughout the conference, you’ll help manage guest flow, direct attendees to the appropriate spaces, and answer questions about the event layout and schedule. You’ll maintain a professional, warm, and discreet presence at all times, keeping the energy positive while respecting the tone of the event. You’ll coordinate closely with the Team Lead and on-site team to stay aligned on any updates, VIP arrivals, or changes throughout the day.

Professional demeanor with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome
Comfortable working a high-profile event that requires discretion and tact
Organized and detail-oriented, especially in a check-in or registration environment
Experience with event check-in platforms like Swoogo is a plus (but not required; training will be provided)
Punctual, reliable, and able to stay engaged for the full day
Previous brand ambassador, event, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
