Gig Overview This is your chance to be part of one of the most memorable celebrations in the nation's capital. The Freedom 250 is a large-scale, immersive activation set in Washington, DC, bringing together guests from across the country for a landmark patriotic experience. You will be at the heart of it, welcoming guests, guiding them through a stunning tunnel set activation, and sending them off with genuine warmth as they exit. As a Brand Ambassador on this activation, you will serve as the face of the experience from start to finish. From the moment guests arrive, you will set the tone for everything that follows. Whether you are stationed at the entrance to create a welcoming first impression, working inside the tunnel set to engage and guide guests through the journey, or positioned at the exit to thank them for being part of something special, your presence will be what makes this activation truly come alive. This is a longer-run engagement spanning multiple weeks, giving you the opportunity to build real comfort with the activation, develop genuine connections with guests, and be part of something that grows stronger with every day. If you bring professionalism, warmth, and a polished presence, this gig is built for you. Availability note: You do not need to be available for all dates. At the entrance, you will greet arriving guests, set a welcoming tone, and orient them before they enter. Inside the tunnel set, you will guide guests through the activation, answer questions, maintain crowd flow, and keep the energy elevated throughout. At the exit, you will close out each guest's experience with genuine gratitude, making sure they leave feeling seen and celebrated. Throughout each schedule, you will maintain a polished, professional presence consistent with the elevated nature of this event. You will coordinate with your team and on-site leadership to ensure seamless transitions, flag any guest concerns as they arise, and uphold the high standard of hospitality this activation demands. All contractors must be able to pass a background check prior to being confirmed for this engagement.
