This activation puts contractors front and center during the event's most iconic moments, the Rolex Hyperpole Medal Ceremony, the Grid Ceremony, and the Podium Ceremony, all in front of a global motorsports audience. This opportunity is ideal for contractors who are confident on camera, comfortable in a formal ceremonial setting, and excited to be part of the pageantry that surrounds top tier international racing. You'll be seen, you'll be photographed, and you'll help make these ceremonies feel every bit as premium as the race itself. Event Location: Circuit of The Americas Event Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617 Dates and Times: September 5, Time TBD, 6 hour schedule (Hyperpole Ceremony) September 6, Time TBD, 10 hour schedule (Grid and Podium Ceremonies) Pay: $35.00/hr Parking: Free on site for all contractors Gig Scope Hyperpole Ceremony, September 5 You'll accompany the medal presenter throughout the Rolex Hyperpole Medal Ceremony, staying poised and camera ready while helping the ceremony move smoothly from start to finish. Grid Ceremony, September 6 Two contractors will support the Grid Ceremony, maintaining a polished, engaging presence on the grid as drivers, teams, and media move through the space ahead of the race. Pole Position Flag Support, September 6 Two additional contractors will carry the Pole Position flags, presenting them with confidence and precision as part of the pre race ceremony. Podium Ceremony, September 6 Contractors from the Grid Ceremony may also support the Podium Ceremony, maintaining the same polished, engaging presence as the race winners are celebrated.
