Gig Overview: Formula 1 is back at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, and Brand Besties is booking Ask Me Staff to serve as roaming Guest Services representatives across the property. Your primary role is helping fans with wayfinding, guiding and directing guests throughout General Admission areas and the wider event grounds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, interacting with fans, and helping create a seamless, enjoyable event experience. Event Location: Circuit of the Americas (COTA) Event Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617 (Lot T) Dates and Times: • October 23, 7:00AM to 11:00PM • October 24, 6:30AM to 11:00PM • October 25, 6:30AM to 8:30PM Pay: $28.00/hr Parking: Free on site. Gig Scope As Ask Me Staff, you'll serve as a roaming resource for fans seeking directions or information, staying attentive to guest needs and offering guidance across the property. You'll help guests locate viewing spots, food vendors, restrooms, and entertainment attractions within General Admission zones, and familiarize yourself with the event layout so you can give clear, confident directions. You'll interact with fans in a friendly, approachable way, stay aware of safety protocols like the location of first aid stations, and collaborate with fellow staff to keep information consistent across the event.
