Gig Overview: Brand Besties is partnering with a fragrance brand on an upcoming activation in College Station, and we're seeking 1 dependable Production Assistant to support the team behind the scenes. This opportunity is all about getting the space built, set, and wrapped so the guest experience runs beautifully. If you like hands on work, take direction well, and enjoy seeing an activation come together from the ground up, this opportunity is for you. As a Production Assistant, you'll be part of the full day, from load in and setup in the morning through breakdown at the end. You'll coordinate with the onsite team to make sure everything is in place, organized, and ready for guests. Event Location: College Station, TX Event Address: TBD Dates and Times: October 7, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $35.00/hr Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt Gig Scope As a Production Assistant on this activation, you'll support load in at the start of the day, helping move product, fixtures, and materials into the space. You'll assist with setup, following direction from the onsite team to get the footprint built and guest ready. During the activation, you'll stay available to help with restocking, resets, and any behind the scenes needs that come up. At the end of the day, you'll support breakdown and load out, making sure everything is packed, organized, and cleared from the venue.
