We’re partnering with L’Oréal Paris to bring their newest product line directly to consumers through a vibrant, interactive pop-up experience! This outdoor event will feature a branded truck, live demos, free giveaways, and most importantly, YOU, our Certified Stylist, showcasing the magic of L'Oreal in action. We are seeking a Certified Stylist to join our team for an exciting outdoor brand activation in partnership with L’Oréal Paris, featuring their newest hair care line. This key role will involve performing live product demonstrations on mannequin heads, showcasing the benefits of the products, and serving as the on-site hair care expert. As the face of the brand, you’ll help guests understand how it restores, nourishes, and transforms hair, while answering questions, offering tips, and building trust and excitement around the product. This is a fun, interactive opportunity to connect with consumers and bring your styling expertise to life in a high-energy environment. This is your chance to step into the spotlight as the expert voice of the brand, helping guests understand how L'Oreal nourishes, restores, and revitalizes all types of hair. You’ll be doing product demonstrations on mannequin heads, walking guests through the product benefits, and answering their beauty questions with confidence and flair. Schedule: September 6, 10:30AM - 3:00PM Location: Hialeah, FL 33016 Pay: $60.00/hr Parking: Will be free on site. Attire: Please a plain white shirt, jeans (no holes, rips, tears) and white sneakers. A branded shirt will be provided (required). Role Responsibilities: Perform engaging product demonstrations on mannequin heads using L’Oréal products Educate consumers on the benefits and science behind the Elvive hair care line Be the go-to expert on all things hair care, offering tips, guidance, and product knowledge Answer guest questions with confidence, enthusiasm, and clarity Help attendees feel empowered and excited about their hair care routine Ensure guests walk away feeling inspired and confident in making a purchase Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to keep energy high and the space welcoming Assist with basic setup of your demo area and keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift Ideal Candidate: Certified hairstylist or licensed cosmetologist with strong product knowledge Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others feel their best Experience with live demos, pop-ups, salon work, or beauty retail is a plus Strong communication skills and natural ability to educate in a fun, approachable way Able to work comfortably outdoors and stand for extended periods Must be comfortable being the center of attention and answering beauty-related questions on the fly
