OLLY is launching their new Precise Probiotic line, and the success of this activation depends on a flawlessly executed footprint from start to finish. As the PA, you will be the backbone of the on-site operation, ensuring the physical experience looks sharp, runs smoothly, and is always ready for guests. This opportunity is for someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes real ownership of the physical space, and knows how to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work directly alongside the on-site client contact to set up the airstream footprint each morning, manage restocking and supply coordination throughout the day, and execute a thorough breakdown after the activation closes. Gig Scope As a Production Assistant on the OLLY Precise Probiotic activation, you will arrive each day ready to build. Your morning begins with coordinating alongside the on-site client contact to set up the airstream footprint, ensuring every element of the physical space is in place, stocked, and presentation-ready before the activation goes live. Once the activation opens, your focus shifts to keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. You will monitor and restock product samples, supplies, and branded materials throughout the day, flag any operational needs to the client contact, and handle any labor tasks that come up to keep the footprint looking its best. You will stay attuned to the flow of the activation and be ready to move quickly when something needs attention. At the close of each day, you will lead breakdown, ensuring the footprint is fully packed down, materials are organized and accounted for, and the space is left clean. Your ability to anticipate needs, take direction well, and execute with precision is what makes the rest of the team and the consumer experience shine.
