Gig Overview:
We’re looking for 4 hardworking and reliable labor staff to support the Coca-Cola activation at the NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Championships in Orlando, FL. This crew will play a key role in bringing the activation to life, helping with setup before the event and breakdown after it concludes. Labor staff will work directly with the client and production team to unload trucks, transport materials, and set up the Coca-Cola activation footprint at the NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Championships. Responsibilities include assembling furniture, tables, and signage, organizing materials, and ensuring the space is fully prepared for the live event. After the activation, staff will assist with breaking down all event elements, packing materials back into the truck, and leaving the space clean and restored to its original condition. This role requires the ability to lift 60–80 lbs, follow direction, and maintain a positive, flexible attitude throughout setup and teardown.

Pay: $30.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.
Key Responsibilities
Setup Crew (4 staff):
Work directly with the client and production team to unload trucks, transport materials, and set up the activation footprint.
Assemble and arrange furniture, signage, tables, and event décor according to the site plan.
Ensure all materials are properly placed, organized, and ready for the live activation.
Assist with inflatables, branded elements, and light construction or assembly tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout setup.
Breakdown Crew (4 staff):
Disassemble all event elements, furniture, and signage after the activation concludes.
Safely pack and load materials back into the truck, ensuring everything is accounted for and handled carefully.
Clear the space completely, leaving it clean and restored to its original condition.
Follow all client and onsite lead instructions efficiently and safely.
Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 60–80 lbs comfortably and safely.
Previous event setup/breakdown, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to follow direction, work well in a team, and maintain a positive, flexible attitude.
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor for several hours.
Punctuality and reliability are essential, crew must arrive on time and ready to work.
Must wear closed-toe shoes and clothing suitable for manual labor.
