Inventory Manager: As the Inventory Manager you play the key role in maintaining accountability in our market. Keeping careful count of each item as it is distributed is of the utmost importance to our client, a major healthcare provider. You’ll act as the bridge to make sure Field Operations have the supplies we need while keeping accountability for our stakeholders. You must be available for at least 2 2-hr time blocks per week for product pickup/meet-up, with one on the weekend and one on a weekday. Primary Duties: Provide an initial count of all items upon receipt (this includes items tagged with individual ID numbers). Provide ongoing updates to this count on a weekly basis. Availability to provide open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times a week (to be held during accessible working hours). Document supplies given to/returned by Field Reps. Willingness to occasionally deliver supplies to new Reps starting in the field. Answer basic supply questions Reps may have. Meet with Reps no longer working the program within a 48 hour window in order to retrieve any leftover assets. Maintain open communication with our warehousing partners and inform us of any issues we need to be aware of. Follow protocols for unit closure including trash removal. Capable of lifting over 20 pounds and working in dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments. Hours estimate: 4-10 hours a week depending on market size. $100 flat rate for initial inventory-count shift $25/hr (when conducting inventory related activities)
