Time: 8:30am-5pm Position Overview: We’re looking for a reliable, organized event manager to support a brand activation at the Pittsburgh Marathon Expo. This is a straightforward, high-energy event with strong foot traffic. Responsibilities: Upload event photos throughout the shift in reporting app Engage with attendees and represent the brand in a friendly, professional manner Communicate key talking points (provided) Assist with general booth support and attendee interaction Stand for extended periods (chairs available as needed) Complete a recap at the end of the shift Requirements: Must be comfortable standing on concrete floors for extended periods Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and professional No specific appearance or demographic requirements Additional Notes: Indoor event Easy execution – no heavy lifting or complex setup
