Responsibilities include: • Greet guests and families warmly and answer basic questions using client-approved information only • Guide guests to the Tree Lighting area and other event areas when directed • Help with crowd flow and keep walkways and entrances clear • Help keep the event space clean, organized, and safe • Assist with setup, restocking, or breakdown tasks if requested • Take clear, well-lit event photos for documentation Candidates should be friendly, upbeat, and personable, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working with large crowds, families, and children in an evening outdoor event, and be proactive, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed.
