You'll welcome guests as they arrive, help them get checked in, and point them in the right direction. Great opportunity for confident, polished promotional talent who enjoy a professional event setting! Responsibilities include: • Support entrance coverage and welcome attendees as they arrive • Provide a warm guest reception experience and answer basic questions • Give clear directions to attendees throughout the venue • Assist with event setup at the start of each day • Take clear, well-lit event photos for documentation Candidates should be polished, personable, and confident, with excellent communication skills and a professional presentation. Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are essential, as the 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM arrival and breakfast window is the busiest and most important part of the day, so you must be on time and ready to go for an early start. Previous experience in conferences, trade shows, or guest reception is a plus. Please be available for both scheduled days.
