We're currently hiring passionate individuals to work at a official event Merchandise Retail store EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026 takes place July 20–26 at Wittman Regional Airport in Wisconsin. The 73rd annual Experimental Aircraft Association convention features legendary air shows, over 800 exhibitors, workshops, and America's 250th-anniversary aviation celebrations. Daily air displays and night performances anchor the event. The following position is available: 1. Setup Assistant You'll be responsable for Set up of the tents, structures, merchandise, and displays at the official event pop up retail store. 1. Retail Associate You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding retail experiences and customer service at retail pop up store during the event. JOB HIGHLIGHTS: Set up/Teardown: you will assist with the merchandise set up in the store. Hang T-shirts, bring out merchandise from boxes and arrange in the displays. In addition, set up of the display structures and more. Retail Assistant: providing exceptional customer experience at your assigned store during assigned days. You will support the Store Manager with stock replenishment, cashier handling (only a few contractors will handle cashier area) and maintain a positive store environment. You may also work behind the counter and/or assist with sales. Please note you will be standing most of the day. You will be representing Bravo Staffing, connecting consumers, and assisting with the store's merchandise sales as the customers enter the pop-up store. You will need to greet and interact with them as they navigate the store. Set up Pay Rate : $23/hr Retail associate Pay Rate: $20/ hr Set up : July 19, 2026 Event Date(s): July 20-26 , 2026 Schedule: Event hours, Start time 8 am till event is over everyday. You can sign up to work only the days available to work. schedule subject to change based on event hrs.
