Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Retail Activations, the Bar Program Market Manager is responsible for: assistance, supervision, and/or management of the Bar Program. This includes assistance with scheduling, personnel management, program promotion and outreach coordination, organizing delivery and infrastructure, event activation, maintaining report data and various administrative tasks. This is a full time (40 hrs), W-2 position based in Austin, TX. Weekly pay rate for the position is $1400.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help to ensure policies, procedures, and safety guidelines for activation assets and staff are upheld.
- Ensure quality scheduling, execution, compliance, and reporting of all the events involved in this program.
- Coordinate necessary equipment procurement, maintenance, and inventory.
- Provide direct communication with BMG supervisor on program status.
- Participate in scheduled calls with BMG staff.
- Actively participate in scheduled event(s) as required.
- Work within program contract restrictions.
- All other duties assigned.
Basic Tasks:
- Assist with the coordination of all pre-event planning, at-event, and post-event logistics with BMG’s partner, BMG and other vendor representatives.
- Assist with the coordination of the safe and efficient activation of all elements associated with the program. This includes all display elements, custom signage, BMG’s partner’s product, and premiums associated with the program.
- Assist and prepare program reports including post-event activation summaries. Deliver such reports to Director of Retail Activations in a timely manner and as outlined by supervisor.
- Assist with reviewing and submitting employees’ time sheets.
- Communicate policy, procedures, and information to activation staff.
- Work with BMG supervisor to ensure program budget compliance.
- Help maintain and update detailed program inventory.
- Actively participate in all trainings required by the client.
- Adapt to all program changes and needs.
- Be engaging, friendly, and professional when meeting with visitors at event activation.
- Work well with Brewco Marketing Group employees and program and/or tour clients.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experiential or event marketing leadership and proven consumer interfacing experience preferred.
- Mobile touring experience preferred.
- Proficient writing and presentation skills with a high level of comfort and confidence in presenting to staff, client, and/or senior level executives.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds.
