Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Retail Activations, the Bar Program Brand Ambassador is responsible for: assisting in set-up and tear-down of any mobile display. Execution of successful Bar Program marketing events. Providing a positive representation of the client, brand, and/or product to guests and consumers. This is a full time (40 hrs), W-2 position based in Austin, TX. Weekly pay rate for the position is $1200. Job Responsibilities: • Follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines for all bar program assets and staff. • Set up and work the bar program activation table. • Make rounds on premise to engage with interested customers. • Sell cans at discounted rate. • Distribute incentives to consumers who purchase cans. • Promote brand sales. • Use iPad for data collection and sales transactions • Remain professional at all times (no drinking). • All other duties assigned. Basic Tasks: • Be engaging, friendly, and professional when meeting with visitors to the display. • Work well with all clients, guests, and Brewco Marketing Group employees. • Work as a team and be willing to follow directions from others and apply them to assigned tasks. • Help to raise brand awareness. • Assist visitors at the experience and be willing to find answers to any questions they may have. • Keep display areas neat while working and return items to correct locations. • Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations. • Provide a safe working environment. • All other tasks assigned. Technology: • Office suite software - Microsoft Office • Electronic mail software - Microsoft Outlook • Smart phones • Square Reader • ID Scanner • Tablets • T-Sheets • Willing to learn and become familiar with any other technology used on bar program. Preferred Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. • Experience with experiential marketing tours preferred. • Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds.
