This position will be involved in the coordination of bar and on-premise activations within the market, dedicated to promoting, educating, and driving product conversions under the direction of the Area Manager. This role blends high-energy social engagement with brand representation, requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to drive performance in a lively, fast-paced bar environment. Brand Ambassadors will operate in dynamic locations and local city events network and will be responsible for facilitating legal age smokers and nicotine users, who would otherwise continue to smoke, to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose, matching its features to their needs.. Overall, Brand Ambassadors act as key contributors to the smoke-free future we’re working towards.
Job Responsibilities:
-Brand knowledge with the ability to demonstrate product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customer’s needs.
-Deliver high-touch retail service, including greeting customers, uncovering needs, educating, recommending, and supporting consumer conversion decisions.
-Execute retail operations, including accurate transactions, order processing, stocking inventory, and managing consumer payment information
-Demonstrate excellent service and develop strong customer relationships in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
-Educate customers on brand values and product features

Preferred Education and Experience:
-Licensed driver with a good driving record
-Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
-High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-Experience in brand building activities (Events, Hotel/Restaurant, Nightlife Industry).
-Multiple experiences in retail Customer service roles (Hospitality, solution or consumer focused selling/customer service.
-Experience in consumer management.
-Experience in building & managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
-Ability to travel within select market area.
-Ability to travel outside the market area up to twenty (20%) percent of time as needed.
-Must be able to lift objects of at least thirty (30) pounds.
