Brewco Marketing Group is seeking a high-impact District Manager to lead retail and LAMP operations in Austin, TX. This product is Philip Morris International’s smoke-free alternative designed for adult smokers. As part of a revolutionary shift in the tobacco industry, it promotes a cleaner, high-tech experience backed by innovation and research. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to lead Brand Retail and LAMP (Legal Age Meeting Point) activations across a designated area. In this role, you will drive a customer journey, lead high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the field liaison between Brewco Marketing Group and Philip Morris International. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, accountability, and brand passion. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Supervisors and Brand Ambassadors Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured development plans to direct reports. Hold team members accountable to individual and team KPIs. Act swiftly to correct any violations of compliance or brand standards. Celebrate individual and team wins to build morale and motivation. Lead weekly team check-ins and one-on-ones to drive alignment and performance. Continued personal and professional development. Operational Excellence Oversee and approve employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage across Brand Retail and LAMP venues. Ensure payroll validated and approved within the payroll system accurately and on time. Approve all Expense Reports for team members. Visit and maintain the physical integrity of Brand Retail. Aligning with the Stock Manager to resolve inventory issues Ensure compliance with all SOP, promotional updates, and internal communications. Keep Director of Retail Services (DRS) updated on key projects, opportunities, risks, and field insights. Ensure all team activities adhere to legal and PMI compliance guidelines, including age verification and responsible marketing. Conduct field audits to assess adherence to promotional rules, safety protocols, and brand expectations. Consumer Journey Become the brand standard for a product developed by Phillip Morris International in Austin, TX. Champion the consumer journey through ongoing communication of PMI's vision and brand standards. Use field insights to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and post-trial retention. Identify and activate local market opportunities to expand productvisibility and relevance. Be willing to fill in any open BA openings – keeping skills sharp. Performance Management Meet or exceed all KPIs and goals Ensure team data is submitted with accuracy and on time for daily/weekly reporting. Analyze sales, trial, and conversion metrics to identify performance trends and coach accordingly. Lead weekly Brand Retail and LAMP calls/meetings to drive alignment of KPI, initiatives, rules, SOPs, and execution. Prepare for and actively participate in PMI conference calls, sharing insights and key updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong, collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner and area expert Serve as a key liaison between field teams and leadership Provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders to continuously improve tools, messaging, strategy, and execution Qualifications Proven experience in an Area Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in a retail or service environment. Strong background in profit loss management, strategic planning, and sales execution. Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Experience supervising diverse teams with a focus on leadership development. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with the capability to make data-driven decisions that impact business outcomes.
