BRNDSTRY is saddling up to bring the Sephora Campus Tour across the Lone Star State hitting the biggest, boldest campuses from Austin to Houston. We're rounding up energetic, polished Brand Ambassadors who know how to bring the heat (and we don't mean the Texas sun). If you love beauty, thrive in high-energy environments, and know how to turn a line-up into a full-blown moment, grab your boots, because this ones for you. ## THE ROLE You'll be the face of Sephora on campus — part hype crew, part traffic controller, part photo director. Responsibilities include: Line & Queue Management - Keep the flow moving, manage wait times, and make sure every student in line feels like part of the experience (not just waiting for it) General Footprint Management - Own the activation space: setup, signage, booth integrity, and making sure the footprint always looks camera-ready Photobooth Moments - Guide students through the photobooth experience, hype up the content, and keep energy high for every shot Prizing & Swag Giveaway - Distribute prizing and swag with enthusiasm, manage stock, and make every giveaway feel like a win WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1 Team Lead and 5 Amazing Brand Ambassadors. - Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging strangers in a crowd - Reliable, punctual, and able to problem-solve on the fly - Comfortable on your feet for the full shift - Beauty/retail/event experience is a bonus, but energy and reliability matter most - Must be available for the full shift window on your assigned date THE DETAILS 💵 **Pay:** $30/hour for BA - $35 for Team Lead 🅿️ **Parking:** Fully covered 💳 **Payment terms:** Processed within 7–10 business days post-shift Shift times are 9AM-5PM TOUR STOPS Texas State University Austin, TX September 10 Texas A&M University Houston, TX September 15 UT Austin Austin, TX September 16 Texas Southern University Houston, TX September 17 Ideally we would like to keep the team the same for Austin and the same team in Houston stops Spots are limited per campus — don't mess around, apply early to lock in your date.
