Brothers Nuts — Demo Representative / Brand Ambassador Independent Contractor | 1099 | Part-time / Weekends | $25–$30/hr + bonuses --- 3 OPENINGS — SEPARATE MARKETS --- We are hiring one rep per market. Each position is dedicated to a specific region — please apply only for the market where you are located and available to work. Open markets: Chicago, IL | Indianapolis, IN | Detroit, MI --- Event Location: Grocery store locations within your assigned metro area. Specific stores are communicated prior to each event. Job Overview: Brothers Nuts is a fast-growing snack brand founded by two brothers at ages 13 and 15 after losing their father to cancer. His journey inspired them to help people snack better and live longer. Today, Brothers Nuts is sold in grocery stores nationwide. As a demo rep, you will be the face of Brothers Nuts in your market — running in-store sampling events, engaging shoppers, driving sales, and keeping shelves looking great. This is a self-directed, weekend-based role. We are looking for experienced reps who know how to own a demo without hand-holding. Estimated Hours: 3–6 hours per event Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends (flexible — choose events that work for you) Classification: 1099 independent contractor Break: Unpaid, as needed Responsibilities: - Run in-store product demos at assigned grocery locations in your market - Sample product, engage shoppers, and share the Brothers Nuts story and mission - Merchandise shelves and ensure displays are clean and fully stocked - Build strong relationships with store staff and department managers - Photograph demos and displays for reporting - Submit demo activity and sales data after each event Requirements: - Prior demo, brand ambassador, event, or sales experience required - Strong communication skills and a naturally energetic, social personality - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be 18 or older - Ability to lift 30 lbs (sample kits and product cases) - Comfortable working independently without supervision Bonus / Incentives: Regular bonus opportunities based on demo performance and sales results.
