Let us know if you can do roles (A,B,C,D and/or E) put in preference order Date: February 25-27 Location: Seattle Convention Center Pay: All shifts and positions pay $30.00 hour, parking will be reimbursed Attire for the event is black dress/work pants, a black polo, button down shirt and black shoes/sneakers with a matching belt. Visible tattoos must be covered and all piercings, other than earrings must be removed. Roles: ROLE A- - Registration - Typist: This is a registration position. You will assist with attendee check-in. Duties include the ability to type a reasonably fast paced. Extensive computer use and knowledge. Ability to interact with attendees verbally and a friendly attitude. For the most part this is a seated position. MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS Wednesday February 25 6a-3p Thursday February 26 7a-12noon ROLE B - Registration - Scan and Go: This is a registration position. You will assist with attendee check-in. Attendees will enter their own information into a kiosk which will spit out a name badge to them. Your main role will be to assist attendees that need help navigating the self check in process, replenishing badge stock and providing instructions to the attendees. This position might require standing. In most cases a chair will be provided for downtime. Wednesday February 25 6:30a-10:30a Thursday February 26 7a-11a ROLE C - Registration - Scan and Go: This is a registration position. You will assist with attendee check-in. Attendees will enter their own information into a kiosk which will spit out a name badge to them. Your main role will be to assist attendees that need help navigating the self check in process, replenishing badge stock and providing instructions to the attendees. This position might require standing. In most cases a chair will be provided for downtime. Wednesday February 25 6:30a-10:30a ROLE D - Greeter/Room Monitor: For this position you will help as a greeter, directing attendees on where to go. This will require standing for periods of time. You may also help as a room monitor, scanning attendee badges and keeping room counts for their breakout sessions. Wednesday February 25 12p-6p Thursday February 26 7a-4p Friday February 27 7a-3p ROLE E - Greeter/Room Monitor: For this position you will help as a greeter, directing attendees on where to go. This will require standing for periods of time. You may also help as a room monitor, scanning attendee badges and keeping room counts for their breakout sessions.
