Seeking energetic, dependable, and personable Lead Brand Ambassadors to help bring ongoing events to life at The Stacks, one of Washington, DC's most exciting mixed-use destinations. You’ll support events such as yoga classes, mahjong gatherings, outdoor movie nights, and other neighborhood experiences. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences, engaging with people, and ensuring every event runs smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule * Approximately 25 hours per month * Evening and occasional weekend availability required * Flexible schedule based on event calendar Responsibilities As the Lead Brand Ambassador, you'll serve as our on-site representative and help ensure every event is welcoming, organized, and enjoyable. Responsibilities include: * Arrive early to prepare the event space and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive * Complete light event setup and breakdown * Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner * Answer basic questions about the event and The Stacks community * Coordinate with instructors, entertainers, vendors, and event partners to ensure activities begin on schedule * Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event environment throughout the program * Capture basic event photos and short videos for recap purposes (using a smartphone) * Identify and proactively resolve minor issues before they impact the guest experience * Communicate event updates and any concerns with us * Represent The Stacks with enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional customer service Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: * Friendly, outgoing, and naturally enjoys interacting with people * Highly dependable and punctual * Comfortable leading events independently * Organized and detail-oriented * Able to think quickly and solve problems with minimal supervision * Professional while maintaining a fun, approachable personality * Comfortable lifting and moving light event materials * Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when necessary
