Martin Luther King Drive Chicago, IL JOB QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of CPG Experience (Field Marketing Required) - Ability to carry 50lbs to meet the physical demands of the job - Must be 18 years of age or older - Product Specialist & Educator - Experience in Trade Show environments - Guerilla Marketing - Withstand long working hours STAFF APPEARANCE: - Dry Cleaned Shirt and wrinkle free - Makeup light and fresh - Clean hair and well maintained - Closed toed shoes (Athleisure wear) black or white (do not wear other colors) - Do not wear Baseball Caps or hair accessories while sampling - Pants must be PLAIN BLACK with no holes, large logos, or representation of outside brands - Oversized jewerly or hand accessories are not permitted to ensure sampling safety STAFF EXPECTATIONS - +2 Years of CPG Experience thru Field Marketing programs - MUST BE ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND APPROACHABLE - Must educate and promote Bloom in a positive light - Good interpersonal skills - Do NOT drink other brands while on shift or branded in Bloom REQUIRED SKILLS Fully Speak/Understand English
