TWO ROLES, ONE AMAZING COMPANY Cabana Boys – Party Hosts for Bachelorette Parties, Bachelor Parties, & Group Trips No bartending experience needed — just confidence, charm, and great energy. You’ll serve drinks, play games, keep the vibes high, and help create unforgettable celebrations. Think: the ultimate party sidekick. The Cocktail Crew – Skilled Male and Female Bartenders for Private Events You’ll serve beer, wine, and cocktails at weddings, corporate parties, and other events. We’re looking for professional, personable bartenders with at least 2 years of experience. Bonus points if you're interested in leading cocktail classes — a new service we’re launching soon! What You’ll Do Be the vibe curator – Lead games, make drinks, engage guests, and keep the energy high. Serve like a pro – Bartend (alcohol provided by host), keep things clean and professional. Show up ready – Look the part: confident, friendly, and well-groomed. Create 5-star experiences – From bachelorette pool parties to upscale soirées. What We’re Looking For Outgoing Energy – You can command a room and make people feel welcome. Bartending Skills – 2+ years required for The Cocktail Crew; no bartending experience required for Cabana Boys. 21+ Only – This is a must. Reliable Transportation – You’ll be traveling to private venues. Weekend Availability – Most events are Friday–Sunday. Bartending License – Preferred, but not required at hire. Must obtain if hired (4-hour process). Professionalism – Communication, punctuality, and good judgment are a must.
